Every email that is received will be assigned a case number and an email will be returned confirming receipt and advising the Case Number issued.
Please include the following information in your correspondence for faster service:
- Program name and version
- Your name, company, email address and telephone number
- Your VOD or (if not VOD) Windows operating system (e.g. Windows 7 )
- If online then the browser and version number you are using (e.g. Firefox, Google Chrome etc)
- A description of the problem, including any error messages
- The steps that must be taken to recreate the problem
- Does the program experience the same problem on a different computer?
