What We Do
Videotel’s maritime training packages are the choice of approximately 11,000 vessels worldwide and include an extensive range of titles to enable crew learning. Our world-leading materials are provided as training libraries on board ship and they are available online for seafarers to complete their training schedules wherever they are.
We have built an enviable reputation in the maritime industry for excellent compliance, risk and safety training of crew, to meet the needs of increased regulation and requirements facing modern international shipping companies, and, as world shipping begins to embrace the opportunities of digitalisation, our powerful, interactive performance management platform ensures that ship operators ashore can engage with training records and test results, identify trends and behaviours, and provide the critical evidence of compliance required during an external audit or ship inspection.
We are extremely proud to contribute to the ongoing safety and welfare of seafarers globally and, with a team of over 40 employees and growing, we are entering an exciting phase of our company development and looking to dramatically increase investment in content and courses, including how they are delivered, using several blended methods, such as virtual reality; informative video; dynamic animated content; gamified learning, and workbooks.
