Who is a normal user?

All crew members are normal users. Training records are maintained for all normal members when they participate in any training activity. Each normal user must have a ‘username’ and ‘password’ to log into VOD. Note that the VOD Administrator should be entered into VOD as a normal user, so he or she will have a ‘username’ and ‘password’ to log in to VOD to undertake training, and an Administrator’s password to log in as the Administrator.
