How do we get the connection to the TV working?
VOD is designed so that you can connect it to the ship’s TV using the cables we have supplied. To make the connection, you must, in this order:
- Connect the TV to the VOD using the cables supplied, and as shown on the diagrams included with VOD,
- Switch on the TV,
- Start VOD,
- Use the TV remote control or channel selector to choose the TV’s AV input channel. Note that some TVs have two or more AV input channels, so it may be necessary to experiment to find the correct one.
Please note that the connection to the TV is only useful for watching the videos included in VOD and not the CBTs and courses (these are designed for one to one study in front of the monitor screen).
