I have been requested to export training records from OTM to my Head Office, how do I do it?
OTM Exports (.oxp)
- Chose the menu item ‘Export’ and then ‘Export Records to Head Office’
- Insert your VODStick into your VODBox
- Select the year of the requested records to be exported
- Select the time period of the export from the second selection box (Monthly is recommended)
- Select the training period from the available list
- Click ‘Export’
- A file will be written to your VODStick in the format ‘(Your Vessel Name)_otmv3_export_(Date Created).oxp’
