CBT CD-ROM
All Videotel CD-ROM titles are protected by a key system which can be unlocked on a single computer, per licence. The CD-ROM will usually have an option to play in ‘trial period’ mode, meaning that you can view the contents and even begin training straight away.
To unlock the training title you will need to obtain your hardware fingerprint. When you choose the option to ‘unlock’ you will be presented with this number. This is a unique number for your machine and should be emailed to Videotel support@videotel.com. Please include details of the program and version as well as your vessel and company name.
Titles in the Videotel Interactive or Millennium series can be unlocked with a single key per machine. I.e. Once you have obtained a key for one title in the series, the other titles can be played on that machine without the need to unlock again.
All courses require a separate individual key.
Some Videotel CBT titles have minimum requirements such as sound cards and available memory. Please check the packaging for details.
