Can I play DVD on my computer?
Many modern computers have DVD-ROM drives that allow the playing of DVD disks. There is a difference between DVD disks for storage and file transfer and DVD disks designed for film playback.
To play a Videotel DVD or any other film DVD disk in your computer you will require some additional software. There are many available free of charge.
If your Videotel DVD does not play in your computer, try another commercially produced DVD in the drive. This will ensure that you know the problem is with the disk and not the software on your computer. Also if you have done this procedure, be sure to tell support.
