This is a CD-Rom based training package for Engineer Cadets undergoing training at sea. It partners the "MEETS-STCW for Deck Cadets" package described above. It functions and is designed to be used in the same way, see details above.

The training modules support the tasks included in the ISFs On Board Training Record Book for Engineer Cadets (over 430 tasks) and deal with the following STCW functions:

• Marine Engineering at the Operational Level
• Electrical, Electronic and Control Engineering at the Operational Level
• Maintenance and Repair at the Operational Level
• Controlling the Operation of the Ship and Care for Persons on Board

All the tasks within these functions are easily accessed using an index structure which lists the hierachy of competences as shown in the record book.
