Module 3.2: Liquefied Gas Carriers
As a result of successfully completing this Module you will:

1. Be familiar with the main products carried by Liquefied Gas Carriers and the hazards these may entail.
2. Be familiar with the main legislation that governs the operation of these ships.
3. Be familiar with the main types of Liquefied Gas Carrier and their cargo containment systems.
4. Understand the scope of the surveys and be aware of the main areas of the ship that need to be examined, and particularly the cargo installation.
