Module 2.3 Safety Equipment Surveys
As a result of successfully completing this Module you will:

1. Be aware of the periodicity of the Cargo Ship Safety Equipment Certificate.
2. Be familiar with the safety requirements for the equipment, charts and other items found on the bridge as well as the signalling equipment.
3. Be familiar with the regulations and safety requirements concerning liferafts, lifeboats and rescue boats, as well as personal life-saving appliances.
4. Be familiar with the regulations and safety requirements concerning the fire fighting and fire detection systems.
