This video takes us a stage further showing more advanced techniques and commences by emphasizing the importance of choosing the correct operating conditions. It illustrates tacking procedures, vertical, horizontal and overhead techniques. As in Part I both correct and incorrect procedures are shown in big close-up from the operator's point of view. The weld pool can be seen in great detail and the film concludes by demonstrating how each of the techniques may be applied when welding a pipe.
