Nigel Cleave

Nigel is responsible for the day to day running of the business as well as guiding future strategic development of the company's worldwide marine training services and activities. Having commenced his career at sea as a Navigating Cadet Officer with Cunard, he has over 30 years' experience in the shipping industry, having also held senior management roles within the shipmanagement sector. Nigel's role also includes co-ordination of Videotel's offices around the world, maximising business opportunities, as well as acting as a lynchpin in customer liaison, being able to assist clients from a very knowledgeable point of view as he fully understands the business of managing ships as well as managing and retaining crew.
